Located in rural North-Central Oregon in the heart of cattle country, we specialize in authentic western cuisine.  Your cook, Rattlesnake Rod, and his sidekick Clair-Belle prepare all of your meals using only old-fashioned techniques, from an 1880s chuckwagon.  Your mouth will be watering at the aromas steaming from the dutch ovens as you sit by the open fire, or enjoy a refreshment at the "Hanky Panky" bar.

Paradise Rose is able to provide you and your guests with a personable and friendly atmosphere.  To accomodate the needs of our customers we provide on-site cooking and are able to set up camp anywhere in the greater Northwest, including your own back yard.  From family barbecues to weddings, reunions to company luncheons, tailgate parties to anniversaries, we are your party headquarters.
